Decorating the Christmas Tree....

Sawyer loved helping us decorate the Christmas tree. He was so cute, and only tried to eat the ornaments a couple of times. Not too bad.

It's getting cold outside, so I pulled out Marshall's old baby coat for Sawyer. It's a little big, but he will grow into it.

Mr. Fix it....

It's hard to find good help now days!

His toy hammer was his favorite toy today.

He figured out how to make the noises go off in it.

Helping Mommy cook dinner...

Sawyer kept tugging at my legs tonight while I was trying to cook dinner. I couldn't find anything to occupy him. So I went old school and gave him an empty pot and a wooden spoon and VIOLA..... he was happy. It was like magic!

Calling Grammy

Sawyer loves to play with the phone. When I talk to my Mom he likes to hold the other phone on speaker and babble and laugh to her. Although sometimes he hangs it up!

Clingy to Mommy...

Sawyer was very very clingy tonight. Russ and I had date night, and he cried when I left.

He's never done that before and it broke my heart. Kayleigh texted me and said that he stopped just 2 minutes or so after we left, but still it felt like my heart got ripped out of my chest!

Sawyer's new favorite snack...

Sawyer is starting to develop a taste for certain things. He loves popcorn now!!

He also loves gold fish. I asked him if he wanted a snack and he started smacking his lips. I handed him a cracker and he shook his head no and said "Uh-uh" Then he pointed to the gold fish!!

Happy Thanksgiving...

Pappa Bob came over for dinner, and the kids loved playing on his walker. They took turns pushing each other around the house.

Sawyer's favorite Thanksgiving food was stuffing. Just like his Mommy!!

Sawyer's episodes started again this week, and they were pretty severe. It makes me so worried for him and for what could be causing it. Thankfully we still have the pediatric neurologist appointment that will be coming up very very soon....

Baby Photographer...

He was playing with my older camera, and trying to figure it out.

He knew what to do, and he ended up taking a video of himself. You can see below that he is pressing the shutter button. I guess he knows. because he has had his picture taken literally every single day for almost an entire year!

He isn't talking very well yet, but he is certainly a smarty pants!

Sawyer keeps on doing this, and I'm assuming it's because those molars are bothering him. His ears looked fine when he was at the Dr's the other day, so I'm guessing it's his teeth that are bothering him.

It's good to be home...

Today was nice. Yesterday was our first full time home, and it was spent running around to Dr's appointments and things. Today we just stayed in, until it was time to pick up Jaylee and Marshall from school.

He's getting MORE teeth!

Sawyer had his one year check up and vaccines today.

He's good and healthy, but is cutting all 4 of his molars at the same time!

I guess that explains the red cheeks, and his crankiness.... Poor guy.

Early early day....

Well today is the day....

We had to get up at 4 a.m. to be down in the lobby at 5 a.m. to check our bags on the bus that took us to the airport. Marshall and Sawyer watched cartoons while Russ was checking all of our bags.

The kids were looking forward to another airplane ride. They did really well considering how tired they were.

Our last day in paradise.....

So today is our last full day at the Disney Resorts in Florida.

We spent most of the day hanging out in the pool, and hot tubs.

We had such a wonderful time, but it will be so nice to be home tomorrow :)

We all slept in until 10:00 this morning!!

Everyone was tired from spending 15 hours at Magic Kingdom.

We went over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge to check it out.

The kids got to see a close up view of some Giraffes. They participated in a drum circle, story time by the fire and then they got to use night vision goggles to look for some animals.

Sawyer passed out in his stroller during story time.

A Day at Magic Kingdom

I found Sawyer the cutest Mickey Mouse outfit to wear to the Magic Kingdom.

Jaylee wanted to be Cinderella and Marshall dressed up like Jake the Neverland Pirate.

His outfit was a big hit. He looked so stinkin' cute.

Sawyer was such a trooper. We opened the park at 9 a.m. and closed the park at 1 a.m.

He slept on and off in his stroller and did good walking around a little bit.

I was surprised that there were plenty of rides that he could ride if we held him in our lap.

He really did such a great job and he seemed to really enjoy it.

I can't wait to take him back when he can actually remember and appreciate it.

Just going with the flow....

Sawyer was such a trooper today! We spend the entire day at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

He loved seeing the animals and shows. He wasn't afraid of any of the characters and he napped in his stroller.

We made sure to give him enough time to run around outside of the stroller and let him walk sometimes. That way he wouldn't get too fussy.

Sawyer and his brother and sister were waiting for the train to come. It is so neat watching them all together. They are able to play with him more, and Sawyer really bonds and loves his big siblings.
